MOU between Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidya Pratishthan Society, Pimpri, Pune, and International Academy of Ayurved (IAA):
Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) was signed between these two institutes to explore a broad range of potential educational and research collaborations. The two participating institutions intend to collaborations aimed at meeting the demand for developing international professional who can successfully manage in the new global health challenges. Foreign students teaching program, jointly organized conferences/workshops and faculty exchange program are the key points of this MOU. Dr. Subhash Ranade, Chairman, IAA and Dr. P.D. Patil, Founder Chairman, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidya Pratishthan Society signed this MOU on December 2015.

Students from Brazil: - 9 students from Brazil under the leadership of Dr. Jose Rugue, President of Shuddha Dharma Mandalam, Brazil came to IAA to get Advance Ayurved training program. They received training at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Center, Pimpri, Pune from 7th January to 14th January 2016.

Students from California, USA: - 7 students from Los Angeles, California, USA under the leadership of Mas Vidal, owner of Dancing Shiva Yoga Academy, USA came to IAA to get Advance Ayurved training program. This training program was conducted at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Center, Pimpri, Pune from 15th January to 29th January 2016. For both programs, Prof. Bhrugupati Pande, Principal and Prof. Gunvant Yeola, Director of IAA and Dr. Sachin Kotalgaonkar, secretary of IAA took special efforts and organized the events smoothly.

Ayurveda Beauty Institute – This is affiliated Institute of IAA and students from Brazil and USA enjoyed one 4 hours interaction with the organizers Dr. Suvarna and Dr. Sanjeev Gosavi. ( The Institute conducts various courses on Ayurvedic beauty, skin and hair care etc.

Tanushri Garbha Sanskar – This is managed by Supriya Gugale and is also affiliated to IAA. Students from Brazil and USA also had lectures on this topic from Dr. Supriya. (www.tanushrigarbhasanskar.com)
