Ayurvedic Therapist Training

Odyssey Ayurvedic Massage Treatment

2 Therapists (70 minutes) – $395
1 Therapist (65 minutes) – 5

Select either one or two specially trained therapists to escort you through a traditional ayurvedic massage that combines five different techniques designed to balance all the systems of the body.

The Odyssey begins with Garshana, a dry glove massage that refreshes and stimulates the skin and lymphatic system. Next your body will be covered in warm herbalized oil for the Abhyanga, with specialized friction strokes designed to move the oil deep into your tissues to loosen stored toxicity. The slow, penetrating strokes of Vishesh follow. The treatment ends with Marma therapy to awaken your inner energy, while personalized aromatherapy enlivens your senses. For those seeking the most healing, balancing, and transformative experience, this massage treatment is the pinnacle.

Pizichilli (pitzi-chilli)

2 Therapists (70 minutes) – $395

Be prepared to experience our most luxurious and nurturing treatment. The Pizichilli offers gentle and continuous streams of warm, herbalized oils that are rhythmically smoothed into your body. This treatment will warm and lubricate to enhance circulation, eliminate toxins, and deeply purify, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.

Specialty Therapies

Gandharva Therapy (gaan-darva)

1 Therapist (65 minutes) – 5

Our most harmonic treatment, the Gandharva uses the transformational power of sound therapy to improve the flow of energy in your mind and body. Your healing arts master will take you on a divine journey interweaving nurturing touch and crystal singing bowls to awaken vitality and bliss.

Shirodhara (shiro-dar-a)

The Shirodhara is our most meditative and relaxing treatment in which a soothing stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead and onto the sixth chakra, your intuitive energetic center. It calms the central nervous system and integrates the mind and body.

Marma Therapy

1 Therapist (65 minutes) – $215

Marmas are the junction points between body, mind, and emotions. Using oils specific to your mind-body constitution, or dosha, this light circular touch stimulates the vital energy points for restoration and rejuvenation, awakening your inner healing system.

Srota Clearing Therapy (shro-ta)

Srotas are the meridians or pathways through which the body carries nutrients, information, and intelligence. With direct and pressured strokes, the customized Srota clearing treatment opens your circulatory system and your subtle energy channels to soothe and relax tight tissues. Designed to meet your desired level of pressure and areas of focus, the Srota is most similar to a Swedish massage.

Oshadhi Treatment (o-saw-dee)

You will experience warmth and revitalization with this herbalized wrap treatment. The Oshadhi encourages the release of toxins from your skin and clears congestion in the body. It will allow your mind and body to digest and release emotional and physical toxins in the comfort of our expert care.

Swedana (sway-da-na)

A powerful detoxifying treatment, the Swedana helps open circulatory channels, allowing toxins to be mobilized and eliminated through the sweat glands. While on our tented massage table, this herbalized steam bath will relax your body, release tension, and heal your body.

Shiropada (shiro-pa-da)

Our specialized Shiropada treatment combines a seated head, neck, and shoulder massage with an ayurvedic foot massage focusing on key reflex points in the feet. This combination helps to clear congestion and relax your entire body.
