History

Established in 2013.

After experiencing numerous health issues among the three of us we all turned to Ayurveda. Working with an Ayurveda Physician and leaving our health issues in the past (asthma, migraines, tennis elbow to name a few) we all knew this was a path we wanted to go down and our graduates of Kerala Ayurveda Academy as well as the Swedish Institute of Massage.
Together we started Ayurveda Wellness Healing and started to help clients transform their physical as well as emotional health.

Meet the Business Owner

Kim Sardo - AWP, Lynn Connor - LMT, Wyndee Egan - AWP are co-owners of Ayurveda Wellness Healing. We began our Ayurvedic journey over 10+ years ago when attending a lecture on Ayurveda and was "introduced to ourselves". We finally understood not only our body, both in and out but also our mind.
We pursued Ayurveda education through Kerala Ayurveda Academy. We are registered Ayurvedic Practitioner's with NAMA.
Our passion is "introducing our clients to themselves" and watching the light bulb turn on as they witness their own transformation, both physically as well as mentally.
Also graduates of Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in NYC and have been healing through bodywork for over 30 years.
We offer one on one personalized consultations, bodywork including massage therapy, seasonal cleansing programs and group interactive lectures.
