I have been a student of Ayurveda since 1990 when I studied pulse analysis and marma therapy with Dr. John Douillard; and various Vedic topics through the Transcendental Meditation community. I began the Ayurvedic Studies Program (ASP) in 1993 and have been active in many forms of Ayurveda since then including panchakarma therapist, instructor in ASP1 and ASP2, Student Clinic Manager as well as a state funded consortium that provides alternative health systems to persons of need, a private consultation practice, and providing an on-going mentorship program with North American and International students.

I consider myself a student and practitioner and enjoy how the years have provided a depth of experience that I could not have imagined at the onset of my decision to learn Ayurveda.
